There is indeed a growing realization on the part of our policy makers and educational administrators to make education freedom oriented and flexible. In our educational system, opportunities should be provided to promote creative talents among the children.

Here at Nirmala High school, teachers provide in the class-room a high level of psychological safety, a permissive atmosphere with freedom for self expression of all types of ideas even if they are against the conventional type. Secondly the class¬room atmosphere is against all sorts of authoritarianism with very little teacher domination.
